Rhett learnt from the best, with decades of experience working in the family business along with his knowledge of workers compensation, the transport industry, compliance, and general insurance allows him to provide expertise across a wide range of areas. With a Bachelor of Commerce amongst his many qualifications, Rhett stays up to date with industry changes and continues to lead by example instilling the importance of loyalty and family values to the entire team.

Jacqui’s wealth of knowledge after more than 30 years of experience within the insurance industry is rivalled only by her dedication to our clients. Always thinking two steps ahead, identifying risks and protecting business from the unforeseen, Jacqui is the person you want on your side when things go wrong. A claims management expert she works tirelessly to ensure the best client outcomes and removes the stress often associated with navigating the claims process.
Robert Hayes (Broker)
With 36 years under his belt, Robert’s insurance experience and positive relationships with insurers enables him to provide exceptional personalised service to clients. Finding the right coverage that suits each client’s individual needs and circumstances is what Robert does best. He has a vast knowledge of a wide range of business and commercial products with a wealth of experience in Marine, Plant and Equipment insurances.

With her attention to detail and the Hann family passion for providing professional and quality service to our clients, Gai manages all the behind scenes work to make sure nothing is missed. Having worked in the family business for over 30 years, Gai is always happy to answer client’s questions and concerns and supports the entire team.
Jonathan Ryan (Accounts & Administration)
Jonathan, along with his youthful energy, brings his administration skills to the Hann Team. Handling processes such as accounts both payable and receivable, he also liaises with clients and underwriters regularly to guarantee that policy documents are current and issued in a timely manner.
